Hi ALL,
I had an H1B petition approved in 2007 which expired in 2010. I never stamped this petition and hence never used this petition to travel US. I travel US in L1b from 2010 to 2013 and again from 2014 to till date with same L1B. I am with the same company who got H1B. I never switched to any other company. I have following question for my case
1> Can my current company apply for renewal of my old expired approved H1B?Can I get H1B based on my old H1B? If yes, then for how many years I can get?
2> Can any other company use that H1B to apply for renewal. Can I switch to any other company with that H1B?
