Need info on visa re-stamping

Hi,

I have a question.

I traveled to US for employer A(Cognizant Tech) and the VISA stamp on my passport says expiry as Sep 2014. Later in US I switched to a new employer B(Pearson PLC) and have the petition approved until OCT 2018. I'm visiting India now on a short vacation in Jan 2017. For visa re-stamping, I would like to know if I would qualify for Interview Waiver program/Drop box ?

Could you please confirm?

No. Your stamp in the passport expired in Sep 2014, which is more than 12 months back.

Need Advice to Travel while extension in on process, but my visa stamping is valid

Hi,

My H1B visa is getting expired on 19th Jan 2017, am plan to travel to India on OCT 1st 2016 and return back on OCT 31st 2016. Before that i have filed extension under premium process. I may get receipt copy before my travel. Still may i go for stamping or not, because i have valid stamping until Jan 2017 (2 and half month valid from on my return date). May i face any problem on POE and any problem on my extension on my visa or i-94. Should I get fresh i94 based on my new extension receipt copy or my old visa stamping. Please advice me.

Hello,

I am currently in the U.S. on H1-B visa. I am planning a vacation trip to India this November. As my previous visa stamp expired on 25-dec-2015, I am checking if I am eligible for an interview waiver.

Here is the situation.

My visa stamp was issued for duration Jan 2015 to 25 Dec 2015 with EMP A. After that, I have switched my employer to EMP B in SEP 2015. And another change to EMP C in Apr 2016. My current petition with EMP C is valid from Apr 2016 till Feb 2019.

what should be my answers to these questions.
1. Do you have a previous H-1B visa (temporary occupation, temporary worker or trainee)?
2. Is your previous H-1B visa (temporary occupation, temporary worker or trainee) still valid?
3. Did your previous H-1B visa (temporary occupation, temporary worker or trainee) expire within the last 12 months?
3. Was your most recent H-1B visa (temporary occupation, temporary worker or trainee) issued in India after January 1, 2008? -Yes
