    H4 Extension

    Hi All,

    First post!
    Currently my H1 is till Dec 20th 2016. My H1 extension will be filled by my employer soon. I am in US now and my wife is in India. She is planning to travel on end of Nov 2016. Can I file her H4 extension once she reaches USA?
