Hello,
I traveled to US on "JAN-2015" with petition having validity from OCT-2014 to SEP-2017. Before coming to US i filed an Amendment since the client was changed and traveled with the LCA and Receipt Notice. So my Visa is Stamped till SEP-2017.
I received my amendment later which is having validity from JAN-2016 to JAN-2017. (The validity Date reduced)
I filed an extension on AUG-2016 in premium processing and as i received the petition which is having validity from AUG-2016 to AUG-2017.
So my current Visa is stamped till SEP-2017 , but in my extension i got the new date now till AUG-2017 , which is 1 MONTH less.
So Do i need to stamp the visa again when i am travelling to India later this year for vacation ?
Please help me out for this.
