Transfer of dependent visa (H4) to new client...
Hi,
I got an offer letter from a X company in the month of JUNE and started with the VISA transfer process (Premium) and it recently got approved after going thru RFE.
I planned to join the X company by next month (OCT)
My wife came to U.S only in the month of July. So I did not initiate the visa transfer process along with me.
Before joining the X company, Should I request them to start the transfer process for my wife (or) I can ask them after joining the company... ??
How long she can be in U.S with the stamped VISA thru the current (working ) company....??
