I am an Indian citizen and a Permanent Resident of Canada. I have been living and working in US since 2007. I have recently applied for H1B to H4 - EAD COS.
I am currently in US and my family lives across the border in Canada. I used to do weekly travel on H1B from US to Canada but as I have now filed COS for converting my H1B to H4-EAD, I am reluctant to travel back and forth until I get the decision of COS application.
I would like to know if I can travel through land border without abandoning my COS application considering that no I-94 stamping is done while going back and forth between US and Canada using land border.
Please suggest.
