Hi, I want to go back to my country to renew my H-1B visa(I have valid H1B status but visa is expired), on DS-160, there is a question"Has anyone ever filed an immigrant petition on your behalf with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services? ", actually I have already submitted I-485 and it is pending, I should answer YES right? and what to put for explanation? Will this affect me getting a H-1B visa? thanks very much
