H1B RFE Reponse time/Deadline

Appreciate your suggestion , Raghvi. It looks to be 84 days (as per the standard rule) for H1b but need to check with my attorney for the exact deadline.

Need your suggestion here.
What's the response time USCIS officially allows for H1b RFE ?
I got the first response from Attorney(thru my company) for RFE and it was due at USCIS by 20th Sept. I submitted all the documents by 12th Sept'16.
After 2 weeks, i got anothor mail from Attorney saying that i need to provide some more documents(University Certificates/transcripts). I have applied for transcript in my university.But due to some govt holiday, university will be closed for couple of weeks and i can only submit the documents by 25th Oct.
Please advise the timeline USCIS allows ? what would be the deadline ?

Typically the RFE itself will tell the last date to submit to the RFE>
