Hi All,
I have been nominated and my petition got approved for H1 with my previous employer. I was'nt shared any sort of documents and EAC number too. Somehow I managed to get my EAC number. Due to various conditions (Delay in salary/appraisals, mistreatment by superiors) I had to leave the organisation.
Is there any way for me now to get my H1B packet as my current organisation is willing to send me for a stamping and also to US on the same H1.
Upon various requests to my previous employer also they are not responding. Kindly, help me in this issue.
