Hello Experienced folks,
Just to get few words of wisdom.
I am working for company A, which have submitted for extension before 4 months in June, However h1 expires in Nov. Normal processing.
I got new offer from Company B, which have filed H1b transfer in premium and USCIS got it on Sept1, And Sept 2, I see RFE update. Company B got RFE after 2 weeks on Sept 19. and I don't know if it was responded I am assuming it is since I only got update as getting hardcopy for RFE on Sept 19.
Now assuming the RFE response was sent, I do not see any update on USCIS case status portal.
So is there any way how to get latest status? does the uscis tracker gets latest updates everyday?
Can I advise company B attorney to call USCIS?
Would my current extension from Company A impact transfer from B?
Any suggestions in general for me?
