H4 Stamping H1 Company Change

Hi All,
I have a quick question on case below:

I94 expires Nov end.
I have H1 in extension pending and being transfer too.
Company A did file extension as well as H4 extension but I meanwhile I got offer from Company B which filed foe premium H1 transfer.
So question is the person on H4 can use approval from Company A's filed file for stamping or it has to be stamped based on new H1 with Company B?, since its dependent.

H1 transfer with B is still in process with USCIS. I am suspecting that should get done in couple next weeks since its premium.
Company A filed both h1 and h4 extension in normal before 4 months so i think it will be a coming soon too.
