I traveled US last year on the approved extension petition # A. And in April 2016, I got a RFE on this approved petition which was valid only until Aug 2016. This year another H1B extension cum amendment petition # B is filed on my behalf by my employer in May/June. My question is, if I leave United States for visiting my family in India, will I allowed to reenter the US, if my current 2016 petition # B gets approved? Or does it requires both the petitions to get approved before I enter US?
Since my company is filing 2016 extension petition in premium mode, so I am expecting that it will get approved soon. However, the 2015 petition was valid only till Aug. 2016 and I have got a RFE on this petition. Kindly advise. Thanks in advance.
