H1 and H4 interview separate or together?

Hi

Here is the case

H1 dates for multiple with H4 is not available till feb in mumbai.

my wife cannot travel before January as we are expecting our second child in next couple of days.

For single applicant, I can find some early dates.

Super confused if I should wait till Feb-March to go together or should I get H1 stamped earlier and send my wife with two kids in march?

I know facing H4 alone is really tough but I am really confused. Please guide.
