My employer ensured me that I will be having a job in US and will pay me X amount on monthly basis. But to my surprise, he put me on his company bench and started applying jobs for me on other job sites. He dint paid me the X amount which was written on the appointment letter which he gave to me. He paid less than half the amount on the monthly basis for my survival there. I stayed there for 2.5 months and came back to India with 2 paystubs of the amount he paid as my salary(which was less than half of the salary). Now he has sent me the letter that he has revoked my I 129 petition. Moreover he took 2 lakhs initially before applying the H1b visa.
Can somebody please answer my queries -
1) Is my H1b still valid? if it is valid then how does revoked I 129 petition affect me?
2) If I find a new employer who is ready to transfer my visa then Is it easily transferrable by other employer?
3) How can I make sure that my employer doesnt harass me further? Can I take any legal action/complaint against my employer?
