H4 to H1 but H1 denied
Hi Friends,
Can anyone help me in my case,
I was holding an H1b, i have been to interview and there they have given me a 221g. later after 8 months i have got an opportunity to transfer, we have initiated the transfer, but in the transfer process again i have to rfe again in new h1 later they have denied the petition.
can i apply for new h1 under cap exemption or should i need to go with new h1 ( lottery ).
