H1 stamping after transfer
Hi.
I have got my H1 transferred to new employer B. My initial visa with employer A is still valid until Sept 2017. I am visiting India next month, and my basic question is Do I need to go for visa stamping once again, as I have changed my employer from A to B?
What do we need to fill in the new I-94, whether the new Employer B's EAC number or the old Employer EAC number, when we are at the port of Entry returning to US?
What could be the possible questions, that might be asked by the immigration officer, because of not having visa stamped with new employerB?
