Reg H1B tranfer and restamping(never travelled to USA)

Hi Sir/Madam,

Requesting for you advise on the below.

1) I have a stamped H1B visa via Company-A. Got it stamped in London nov2015 validity till aug2018. I never travelled to USA and i am in India,Hyderabad now.
2) I got opportunity from Company-B and my visa got transferred and approved by USCICS. I need to go to USA in December2016 and work for Company-B.
3) I am looking to process dependent H4 visa to my spouse and kids and so they will travel along with me to USA.

I have below questions in my mind and confused a lot on these.

1) Do i need to go for restamping for my H1B because my employer is changed and my existing visa has old employer name on its stamp?
2) If i require to go for restamping what is the procedure? (drop box or personal attendence)?
3) If restamping is required what is the process of getting H4 dependent visa to my spouse and 2 kids?
4) if restamping is not required what is the process of getting H4 dependent visa to my spouse and 2 kids?
