Following is the appointment detail for me and my wife

Visa Class: H-1B
Passport Number:
Visa Category: H&L visas
Appointment Made By:
Visa Priority: English
Number of Applicants: 2

My question is why Visa Class is showing H-1B and not H-1B&H4?

Is it ok?
