H1 transfer query

I have transferred H1 to two companies at the same time, both have approved. I have a situation where I have to join company B for a month and then company C.
My question is, can I join company C on the visa currently approved(From Company A to C)? Or I have to file new petition once I join company B , get it approved and then join company C?

Appreciate your help.

You have to file a new petition in order to move from B to C. Or you can leave US, and re enter using C's petition and a valid H1 visa.
