Changed employer - should I get my visa re-stamped in india?

Hello,

I have a valid H1b visa stamped last year in India. I am yet to travel to the US on this visa and now I have changed my employer in India. The new employer has initiated a out of cap petition. My question is - do I need to get the visa stamped again before I can travel to US? Any other point to take care?
