Hi,
I do have a Masters in Communication from a US school and a Bachelor in Business and Mgmt from an european school. The job my company wants to sponsor me for requires a Business bachelor or similar - preferably Masters degree.
Can I use the Masters Cap with the Communications degree even if the qualifying degree for the position would be the bachelor degree? Do they only look at your Master if you apply in the Masters Cap?
