Hi,
I am joining employer B soon and I am filling my wife's I-539 myself. I am on H1b and she is on H4 currently. I have little more than 2 years on my 6 years H1 max out. Attorney will fill and process my H1 petition transfer but for my wife, I need to fill myself and I will send that to attorney. While filing, I am confused about two question. If somebody is aware, please help me with below two fields :-
Part 3. 1.a. I/We request that my/our current or requested status be extended until ?mm/dd/yyyy)
On page 6 :-
If you answered "No" to Item Number 19. in Part 4. of this form, fully describe how you are supporting yourself. Include the source, amount, and basis for any income.
