I went to india in june 2016 for H1b stamping and was issued 221g and got h1b visa after 4 months till March 2017, so if I have to got india again in Feb and i apply my extension, should i go for visa stamping?

If you dont then upon you re entry you may be granted I-94 only till March 2017.

It's really unclear what you are saying. When are you applying for H1b petition extension? Will it be approved before you leave the US?
