My petition was approved in Jan 2016.
Now in August 2016 I appeared for interview, but consulate gave me blank 221 g Yellow slip. And after wait of 2 months, my visa was refused.
I am not sure about the reason of refusal.
Now I don't know what to do next.
1. Can I re-appear for stamping with same employer?
2. Can I change my employer and re-appear for stamping interview?
3. Will the refusal of stamping have any negative impact on new H1b stamping or any other US visa like B1,L2 etc?
Your help will be really appreciated.
