Hi
I got my H1 stamped recently. However, for some personal issues, I am not planning to go to USA. I need to know
a) Whether my H1 employer can take action against me for not honoring my commitment? I did not have to pay my full H1 processing fee. the outstanding amount was supposed to be paid once I would have landed in states.
b) Whether the consulate will grill me on this next time I apply for a US Visa of any kind/ type, anytime in future.
c) Should I be taking aby inititative at this stage to avoid any problem at a later stage. (Paying my employers the rest of the amount/ Request to consulate to cancel my VISA).
Bottomline, I do not need any complication due to this any time in the future.
