Hi ,
currently i am working on L1b and my extension is still in progress (awaiting decision). i can stay and work till March 15th or till my result come in (whichever comes first).
my question is, my spouse on H1B. incase on unfortunate situation i might have to change my visa status.
so, can i stay back in USA and change my visa status to H4 and then go for stamping to India ? or i leave USA on/before March 15th and then come back to USA on H4 ?
please do suggest your thoughts
