Hi,
My H1B Amendment for location change was filed on 29th July 2016 and after that my H1B Extension was filed on 17th October 2016 both in normal processing. Now I am planning to upgrade my H1B Extension to premium next month. If I do the upgrade to premium, my H1B Extension will get adjudicated in 15 calendar days and I might get the Extension for another 2.5 years hopefully.
I have below questions
1. When my H1B Amendment request gets approved after 4-6 months, will it have the same I-94 validity as my H1B Extension petition or can it be different also?
2. Can I upgrade my H1B Amendment request also to premium?
3. Can I travel out of country and get my visa stamped when my H1B Amendment request is still under process?
