Hi,
My H4 visa expired in August 2016 as my husband's H1B expired during that time. I left the US in April 2016 for work purpose, so I could not get the visa extension after my husband received his new i797 A approved form in August.
Currently I am in India and applying for my H4 renewal. I have submitted my DS 160 form but when I am trying to update my profile to generate the CGI deposit slip the database is throwing error " the personal details provided are already in the database against my email Id and I should reset my password if I have forgotten". I am using the same email ID I used to apply for my new H4 application last year and I have reset the password. However, it's still showing the same error.
I sent an email on "provide feedback" portal but I haven't received any response yet.
Please help on this issue.
