H1 Transfer and Amendment - urgent Help Needed
Hi,
I moved from Company AAA to XYZ on normal transfer.
Was planning to converting my transfer on Premium once I joined the end client (Best Buy).
But during the last day of getting relieved from AAA, Best Buy (End Client) mentioned that there will be delay in the joining date by 3 weeks.
Later after 3 weeks they mentioned that the project isn't starting due to financial issues. Then I started looking for job in the market and got another offer after 70 days of my last working date. Till that time my new employer had processed my payroll to keep me in In Active Status.
Now I got new client Infra Inc.
Questions:
1. Can Amendment be done for this transfer of client?
2. What is the risk here in converting the H1B transfer to Premium?
3. What are the other risks involved in this process of transfer?
