Hi,
Can some one suggest me with my below situation,
1> My H1 got approved with Employer 1 and start date is Oct 1 with Project A. I have applied for an Amendment to Project B and it got approved. I have transferred to Employer 2 and my Transfer petition got approved as well. Now Employer 1 has withdrawn both Initial H1 petition and Amendment Petition.
Now I am planning to travel India for my marriage. And I need to go for Visa stamping with my current Approved transfer petition while my Previous 2 H1 petitions are withdrawn and are in reviewal state.
Please suggest me the scenarios I will be facing in Visa interview. Will there be any questions asked about the previous withdrawn petitions? Your suggestions would be very much appreciated.
