H1B transfer

My ex-employer revoked my i-797 and I initiated transfer my H1B to new employer on March 2016, but still the status is showing as "Case Received" (I got receipt number) now almost 7 months over. My old H1B is valid till Feb 2018. I read in forum that normal H1 transfer it will not take more than 3 months. Currently, I am in India. Why its taking this much time ? Please help me out to do anything further from my end.

Your employer should be able to answer that, whether they received an RFE. You can also upgrade to premium to get a quicker answer.
