H1B Transfer beyond 6 Years

My Last H1B stamping expired 6 years before. But, I had my petition approved 3 years back from another employer but not stamped. Can any one please confirm whether am I still eligible for H1B Transfer?

If I follow you correctly, you have 2 petitions, 1) expired 6 years before 2) 2nd petition approved 3 years before but not stamped. Most likely your 1st petition is gone for good. But you can revive the 2nd petition through a transfer.
