Hi All,
My employer filed for H1b extension in premium and it was approved on May 26, 2016. The new I797C is valid from May 25, 2016 to Aug 3, 2017.
Then my employer filed for H1b role amendment ('Lead Engineer' to 'Project Manager') in premium and it was approved on Oct 20, 2016. To my surprise, the new I797C shows validity from Aug 3, 2016 to Aug 4, 2016, i.e. only for 2 days and that too in past.
Can this be typographic error by USCIS?
