Family Traveled to India before H1 extension filed

Hi,

My Family has traveled to India before my H1 and their H4 extensions filling for 1 month.
I am filing the visa extension in premium. And, My Family would be returning before the current visa expiration date with new extension stamping.

Will there will be issue in their H4 extension filing?

If they are not here then why are you applying for their H4 extension. If their H4 visa is still valid, tgry can travel and must show your new I797 from extension. If their H4 visa is expired then they can get that restamped using your new I797.
