  • H1B, no payslips for the first two months

    Hello.

I got the H1B visa and arrived in the US in second part of the October 2016. Some time spent on accommodation and I started working on the project around the beginning of November. I didn't receive payslip from employers in October and November, and in December too . As far as it's legal? I would like to know in more detail:
    1) As I wrote above, I didn't work in October. How it affects the payslip for this month? I need to have it?
    2) Is there an opportunity to the employer to make payslips for these months (Oct, Nov, Dec)? End of December already.
    3) How important their (payslips) presence in the future? I heard that in the case of H1B transfer, need to have payslips in the last 3 months. But right now I am not planning to do the H1B transfer.
    4) I don't have SSN, but it is in the process. This may prevent?

    Thank you.
