Applying for second time for H1B from different company

Dear All

I have a H1-B petition approval valid from Oct-2004 till 2008 from employer A. I have not yet gone for stamping . Now, I have another employer B who is going to file my fresh H1-B petition in April2006.

Will there be any problem in the new H1-B petition approval and subsequent stamping?

Please suggest....
