So, when it is official, can it be applicable on them who already holds H1B visa?
Too early to speculate. When bills are introduced one will know, when bills are passed one will know, when they become laws one will know, till then it's all up in the air.
The new H1B proposal is to increase the wage of H1B workers to minimum $100,000 a year and the bill also eliminates the master degree exemptions.
If both the proposals become law in future, does it mean existing H1B visa holders will need MS/masters degree to continue to work in US?
Please give your opinion what you think based on the new bill.
