Documents for H4 Visa

Hi,

I am working in USA from Jan 2006 On H1 Visa , and my houband has H4 visa stampping in April 3rd week 2006.

So I can't subit my tax returns papaers becuase I am working since 3months
Is there any way to submit tax returns for 3months?Is the consulate person is going to ask tax papers?


And shall i need to send Spouse Invitation letter from my side.?I am sending rest of all my documnets .

If you working in US from last 3 months u no need to submit tax papers(Explian this to VO)..Take the help of your current company for invitation,

2 Visa Fees Receipt from HDFC bank with Bar Code Stickers
3 Visa Interview Appointment Letter
4 Demand Draft of Rs 2300 favouring "US Embassy, New Delhi"
5 DS-156
6 DS-157
7 Photograph (2" x 2")
8 Original Notice of Action Form I-797 of the Principal Applicant
9 Form I-129
10 Labour Condition Application for H1 workers
11 Copy of Principal Applicant's Passport with I-94
12 Letter from employer that describes the relationship with the Principal Applicant
13 Wedding Invitation from both sides
14 Original Marriage Certificate
15 Marriage Photo Album
16 Marriage Photos (15 nos)
17 Original Birth Certificate for child(If you have)
18 Copy of principal applicant's degrees and marksheets
19 Copy of the principal applicant's work experience letters
20 Copy of the principal applicant's letter of offer from the US company
21 Pay stubs from principal applicant's current place of work
22 Copy of Social Security No (SSN)
23 Company Letter
