h4 - visa stamping in old passport, can i carry both the passports while enterin US??

hi - i am currently on vacation in india. i renewed my wifes passport last year in US and the US visa stamping is in her old passport. if i carry both the passports while entering US, is that good enough? or should the stamping be in only the renewed passport?
