Brief Description about my H1b visa and RFE
08/15-Travelled to US from India on Company A H1b petition.
12/15- Company A filed for extension on normal process.
03/16- Extension approved with i94 (valid till 05/18).
04/16-Returned to India.
05/16- Stamped in passport in India through Drop box (Passport Stamped*- Valid till 05/18)*
05/16- Resigned Company A after stamping done in India. Company A has not revoked the H1b petition.
05/16 to 06/16- Searching for Job in India
07/16- Travelled to US on Company A petition.
07/16 to 10/16- Was in US without job on Company A petition.
10/16- Got Job, Company B filed for H1b Transfer on premium processing
12/16- Received 1 RFE, (Mainly about the Employee-employer relationship, PO,SOW)
01/17- Received 2 RFE about Maintenance of Status.
2RFE mainly about
" Maintenance of status from 12/15 to 10/16, asking to paystubs for the entire duration"
I have paystubs**from 12/15 to 04/16 from Company A.
No Paystub from 07/16 to 10/16.
10/16 to till date having paystubs from Company B.
Please advise how to approach this RFE.
