Hi experts,
Please help me in understanding the difference between withdrawal & revoke.
Actually my H1B petition is approved but visa stamping is not done yet. It seems that my employer doesn’t have any position matching to my profile. Now in this situation if my employer withdraws or revokes my H1B petition, does he get the refund.
Also, in either case (withdrawal/Revoke) do I remain cap exempted after withdrawal or revoke and what are the other options available with me.
