My initial petition expired Aug 18 2016. My company filed for an extension around Apr 2016. Meanwhile i had to move to a different project for the same client but in a different state. My company filed for an amendment in the month of May based on the earlier approved petition. My amendment got approved first with an expiration date of Aug 18(same as initial petition) and later on my extension petition got approved with an end date of Jan 18 2018. I got an RFE for my extension and my company responded to the RFE with details pertaining to new location(i.e client letter, project details etc). Now am not sure as to what location will be there for my petition. I am currently at India and planning to apply for visa stamping. Please let me know if this would affect me in any way
