H1 B Transfer from A to B where A is acquired by C

Currently I am working in company A, and A was acquired by C. C is trying to file amendment for me. in this case can I transfer my Visa to B...?
And in case if C didn't file amendment then can we transfer H1B..?

C should have filed an amendment else you risk goign out of status and a transfer to B would not be approved with a new I-94.

If my new employer didn't filed the Amendment, then can I transfer the H1B..?

As of my new employer it is not required to file Amendment, since this merging of employer A with employer C is mentioned in my last visa extension. Do you have any idea for filing the amendment..?

Do you think I really go for amendment...?
