Are there any troubles with H1B stamping in India after latest rumors - Feb 2017,

Hello ,

Just planning to go for visa stamping in Chennai on March 2nd week. I have been with the same company for more than 9 years now. There is lot of speculation about new H1B reforms which is not yet approved Senate yet.

Are there any troubles like issuing 221G by default or denying for some reason in Chennai ? If you have been for stamping in Chennai Consulate please share your experiences.
