Is my petition cap exempt

My petition was approved from 2011 to 2014. I traveled in 2013 for 2 months and then went back to India. Then I traveled again in 2014 and got my petition extended till end of 2017 and went back to my home country in 2015.

So in total I have worked/stayed on this petition for 2 years. Can I get it extended as cap exempt now (before Oct 2017 when new cap becomes available)
