I joined a new employer (current) in May 2014 where I got visa stay extended until May 2017. I completed 6 years of my H1B visa in March 2015, but because my I140 was approved with previous employer I got 3 years of extension during the H1B transfer. Now with the same employer I am filing for extension. Do I need to pay ACWAI fee this time? Is this time it is considered first time extension or second extension (since I actually got H1B stay extension for 3 years when I first joined this company) ?
