I have valid I797 petition from Employer A valid from 2014, till September 2017, but visa is not stamped I have left the company A.
1) Can I file cap exempt petition even after September 2017 as some say H1 Cap is valid for 6 years once approved?
2) is it necessary to travel at least once before first expiry date of petition?
3) what if employer A has already revoked the petition?
