Hi,
Following is the situation.
1. H4 Stamped in India and Expired on 5th Feb 2017. Wife is still in India. She never travelled to US
2. My H1B extended with my current employer (Say employer A) and valid till Jan 2018.
3. My H1B got transferred to employer B. I am on notice period with employer A till end of this month. Later I will be joining employer B.
4. On March 15th my wife will be travelling to US. Hence she need to renew her H4 VISA
I have following doubts.
1. Is she eligible for Dropbox
2. H4 should be renewed with employer A or B?
