Hi all,
Can anyone help me know if we have any travel restrictions if we apply for H-1B consular petition?
The agency that will file my H-1B says there are no travel restrictions for a consular H-1B petition. Does that mean , After my petition is filed, i can travel outside USA and come back even before i get my H-1B lottery results?
