Needs help.. I worked in US for 2.4 years out of my first 3 year H1 duration and went back to my India for 8 months. After I received the H1 extension for next 3 years, I stamped and came back to US and now have worked for another 1.2 years. My extension is expiring. The total stay on my H1 till date is 3.6 year. Can a another extension (hopefully for another 3 year extension) so that I can work for another remaining 2 years on the same H1 or a new H1 needs to be filed? Has anybody has any expereince in this situation to share?
